Meatballs
- 1 lb of grass fed beef
- 1/2 yellow onion diced
- 2/3 cup of almond flour/meal
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 2 tbsp garam masala
- 1/2 tbsp ginger
- 1/4 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tbsp sea salt
- 1/4 tbsp white pepper
- 2 TBS olive oil
Curry sauce
- 1 can of coconut milk (16 oz)
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1/2 yellow onion diced
- 5 tbsp of curry powder
- 2 tbsp of garam masala
- 1 tbsp of ginger
Directions:
- Mix meatball ingredients except olive oil.
- Form balls.
- Add oil to pan placing balls and onions from sauce section in pan.
- Cook meatballs and onion until browned. (3-4 minutes)
- In separate bowl mix sauce ingredients.
- Once mixed thoroughly add liquid to pan.
- Bring liquid to boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 5-8 minutes.
