- 2 lb grass fed beef 90%
- 1 TBS black pepper
- 1 TBS garlic powder
- 1 TBS onion powder
- 1 Avocado
- 12 strips applewood bacon
- 6 cups of mixed greens
- 1 cup of carrots shredded
- 1 cups of dried cranberries
- Balsamic Vinaigrette
Directions:
- Mix grass fed beef with black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder
- Divide into 6 patties
- Grill or fry until done.
- Microwave/Fry bacon to crispy
- Slice avocado
- Mix greens, cranberries, and shredded carrots
- Plate a cup of salad
- Plate burger on the center
- Plate avocado on the burger
- Plate bacon on the side of burger
- Top with balsamic vinaigrette
