- 2 TBS of olive oil
- salt, pepper, spices
Directions:
- Wash and trim the ends of the asparagus
- Drizzle asparagus with olive oil and coat evenly
- add spices to liking
- Heat grill to 400
- Place on top rack for 5-7 minutes or until starting to brown.
- Flip and repeat step 5.
- Remove once browned on both sides.
Ingredients:
- 3 chicken breasts
- 36 asparagus
- 6 slices prosciutto
- 1 TBS Canola oil
- 6 wooden tooth picks
Directions:
- Heat over to 375
- oil the baking dish with canola oil
- butterfly the chicken breasts resulting in 6 pieces
- tenderize chicken breast until 1/2 inch thick with meat mallet
- wash and trim off bottoms of asparagus
- roll 6 asparagus in the chicken breast
- wrap the roll with one slice of prosciutto and secure all with tooth pick
- Repeat 5 more times
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in thickest part.

- 3 - Sweet Potatoes
- Olive Oil
- Sea Salt

Directions:
- Pre-heat oven to 375
- Peel sweet potatoes
- Cut in to small cubes (about 1/2 inch)
- Toss cubes and olive oil in mixing bowl until coated well
- Add salt/pepper/other spices toss to coat evenly
- Evenly spread cubes on baking sheet ensure one layer
- Bake for 20 minutes

Directions:
- Mix grass fed beef with black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder
- Divide into 6 patties
- Grill or fry until done.
- Microwave/Fry bacon to crispy
- Slice avocado
- Mix greens, cranberries, and shredded carrots
- Plate a cup of salad
- Plate burger on the center
- Plate avocado on the burger
- Plate bacon on the side of burger
- Top with balsamic vinaigrette
Ingredients:
- 3-4 Chicken Breasts skinless
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 green onions tops
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 3 tbsp capers
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup organic chicken broth
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon
- pepper
Directions:
- Butter fly chicken breasts and flatten to 1/4 inch thick.
- Season with pepper on both sides
- Heat pan with 2 tbsp of olive oil
- Cook chicken about 7 minutes per side (pink in center is gone)
- Remove chicken from pan.
- Saute minced garlic and minced green onions in 3tbsp of olive oil.
- Stir mixing well with chicken drippings about 2-3 minutes
- Add broth, wine, lemon juice, and capers.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.

- 1 lbs Ground Sirloin (grass fed)
- 1/2 lbs mild chicken sausage (free range)
- 2 medium carrots
- 1 medium yellow onion
- 1 medium celery stalk
- 1/4 cup almond meal
- 1 egg
- 2 TBS oregano
- 1 TBS garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp red pepper
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp of honey
Sauce
- 1 28 oz can of crushed tomatoes (organic)
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 TBS sweet basil
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions
- Mix ground sirloin, chicken sausage, almond meal, honey and egg with hands.
- Mince carrots, celery, and onion. Add to mixture and mix with hands.
- Add spices and mix thoroughly with hands.
- Form into 2 inch balls and place in crockpot. (Option to sear in pan before crockpot)
- Mix Sauce ingredients
- Pour Sauce mixture over meatball.
- Cover crockpot, cook on low for 6-8 hours. (7 worked well for my crockpot)

- Stir-fry sirloin grass fed (sirloin cut into stir fry strips)
- 4 TBS Sesame seed oil
- 1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 TBS Sesame seeds
- 1 head of broccoli
- 1 yellow onion
- 2 carrots
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 pablano pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 tbsp white pepper
- 1 tbsp turmeric
- 1 TBS garlic powder
- 1 TBS red pepper flakes (optional)
Directions
- Mix Balsamic vinegar, sesame seeds, garlic powder, turmeric, white pepper, and 1 TBS of sesame seed oil.
- Marinate sirloin for 10-15 minutes in mixture
- Dice broccoli, carrots, celery, and peppers.
- Mince onion
- Heat deep frying pan with 3 TBS of Sesame Seed oil
- Dump marinate & sirloin and onion into the pan. Stir often.
- Add lemon juice, lime juice, carrots and broccoli to pan once onion are translucent. Continue to stir often.

- 1 lb of free range chicken tenders
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 purple onion
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 3 15oz cans of diced tomatoes with chilies
- 1 28oz can of crushed tomatoes
- 1 Poblano pepper
- 2 Serrano pepper
- 1 Red Bell pepper
- 1 Orange Bell pepper
- 2 chili peppers (optional)
- 2 TBS chili powder
- 1 TBS garlic powder
- 3 bay leaves
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 3 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp chipotle pepper
- 1/2 tsp red pepper
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
Directions
- Cut the bacon into small pieces and place in deep frying pan stirring frequently.
- Mince yellow onions, purple onion, and garlic and place in pan stirring frequently.
- Cut chicken tenders into small cubes adding to pan once onions are translucent stirring frequently.
- Add stew meat cubes to pan once chicken is no longer pink continuing to stir frequently.

- Add crushed tomatoes to crockpot and stir well.
- Add spices to crockpot and stir. (Add additional to taste.)
- Dice Poblano, Serrano, Red Bell, and Orange Bell peppers.
- Add peppers and stir.
- Set crockpot on low for 6-8 hours.
