- 2 avocados
- 4 strips of bacon
- lemon juice
- 1 T coconut oil
- 1/2 T balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp almond meal
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp ground mustard
- 1/2 tsp chipotle chili pepper powder
- Smoked Paprika
Directions:
- Cook bacon to well done
- Cut avocados in half removing the pit
- Rub lemon juice over avocado meat
- Crumble 1 slice of bacon in eat avocado pit
- In sauce pan add coconut oil, balsamic vinegar, almond meal, garlic, mustard, and chipotle chili pepper powder
- Heat until ingredients thicken, avoid boiling
- Pour mixture over bacon crumbles
- Sprinkle Smoked paprika over avocado
- Let avocado rest allowing the mixture to cool
